Truist Securities raised its price target on CrowdStrike Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:CRWD) to $300 from $245, maintaining its Buy rating. The firm cited the cybersecurity company's record quarter and increased expectations for fiscal year 2027.

The stock has surged 24.6% in the past week alone, trading at $231. Its revenue grew 24.3% over the last twelve months.

Analysts watch post-Mythos demand

Truist said it will look for evidence that demand acceleration following the Mythos incident can support a higher long-term growth framework. According to InvestingPro data, 13 analysts have revised earnings upwards for the upcoming period, though the platform's Fair Value analysis suggests the stock may be overvalued at current levels.

The firm plans to focus on AIDR monetization, future net new annual recurring revenue potential, product-level growth drivers and Falcon Flex expansion dynamics as CrowdStrike heads into its Fal.Con event. According to Truist: "the post-Mythos demand acceleration can support a higher long-term growth framework".

Truist added it expects a constructive outcome if management shows AI is expanding both the size and duration of the growth opportunity. The firm noted that AIDR, Flex, Identity, Cloud and SIEM could collectively support a higher long-term net new ARR framework.

Other analysts raise targets after strong quarter

CrowdStrike's fiscal second-quarter 2027 results showed 33.5% growth in non-GAAP earnings per share and a 26% increase in revenue, with annual recurring revenue surpassing expectations by $46 million.

Several firms followed with their own target increases. Argus raised its price target to $425 while maintaining a Buy rating. DA Davidson increased its target to $245, citing net new annual recurring revenue growth of 51% year-over-year. Benchmark reiterated a Buy rating with a $250 price target, noting CrowdStrike exceeded FactSet consensus expectations across multiple metrics.

Piper Sandler raised its target to $240, pointing to demand strength and a notable acceleration in growth. Bernstein SocGen Group increased its target to $119 with a Market Perform rating, citing the company's performance following the Mythos incident.
