Record volumes through 2026
In Q2 2026, Solana captured 95-97% of global DEX tokenized equity volume. Trading on Solana DEXs alone reached $5.8 billion that quarter, up 114% from the prior quarter. The busiest single day came on June 24, with volume peaking at $644 million.
Cumulative tokenized stock volume on the network passed $10 billion by late June 2026. By early October, year-to-date DEX volume had reached $12.4 billion.
On September 12, 2026, Solana processed over $200 million in tokenized equity trading volume, beating the combined tokenized equity volume tied to Nasdaq and NYSE by more than $100 million. Raydium, a major Solana-based decentralized exchange, handled between 63% and 70% of those trades.
Trading outside Wall Street hours
Through August 2026, 63% of Solana's tokenized equity trading happened outside standard US market hours. Tokenized equity supply on Solana hit an all-time high of $684 million by mid-September 2026, up 47% in just three weeks.
Holder counts reached somewhere between 727,000 and 850,000 wallets.
Robinhood Chain takes the lead
As late September approached, competition picked up and Solana's market share dropped to around 35%. Robinhood Chain overtook it during that period with roughly 39% of the market.
A second Crypto Briefing report says the on-chain equities space saw approximately $15.6 billion in total volume globally last month. Recent weekly volumes across all chains approached $3 billion.
