Solana handled 81% of weekly trading terminal volume across tracked blockchains last week, its largest share in 17 weeks. The category leans on memecoins and bot activity, and Solana's share has swung sharply before.
Solana handled 81% of all weekly trading terminal volume across every tracked blockchain last week. That is the network's largest slice in 17 weeks.
The figure comes from tehcscreener data reported on October 28, 2026, and SolanaFloor highlighted it.
What the 81% measures
Trading terminals are multi-chain platforms and bots that route trades through decentralized exchanges. Axiom, FOMO, and GMGN are among the names in the category.
Their users lean toward high-frequency trading and memecoins. So the 81% means that, among the most active retail traders on these tools, roughly four out of every five dollars traded last week moved on Solana.
Analysts such as @Adam_Tehc and Dune dashboards track terminal-attributed volume across several chains, including Solana, BSC, and Robinhood Chain.
A share that has swung before
Solana has led the terminal volume mix often in 2026. In late August, its share sat around 57%.
Then, in early September, Solana's share reportedly fell to approximately 14.5% on a single high-volume day. Robinhood Chain captured around 81% of the market that day.
Solana's wider DEX activity has also stood out this year. In September 2026 data, its weekly trade count surpassed the New York Stock Exchange's weekly trades for the first time.
What the activity means for investors
For investors, increased user activity on Solana may be viewed favorably, since it signals real transaction demand on the network.
