Three altcoins — NIGHT, SAND and ZRO — posted weekly gains as high as 59.2%, according to CoinGecko data, and all three now trade near chart levels that analyst Ali Charts flagged earlier in the week. SAND leads the group, while NIGHT and ZRO test resistance zones from the same Oct. 6 thread.
SAND, NIGHT and ZRO all extended multi-week rallies, but CoinGecko data shows SAND up 59.2% over seven days, the strongest of the trio. Each token now sits close to a resistance or support line that chart analyst Ali Charts mapped out in an Oct. 6 thread, and momentum readings on all three remain elevated.
SAND tests $0.078 after a 59.2% weekly advance
SAND trades near $0.07218, up 10.5% over 24 hours and 59.2% over seven days, with its daily range running between $0.06520 and $0.07551. Ali Charts said the token had climbed from roughly $0.043 to $0.065 before a TD Sequential sell signal appeared, followed by a retreat from an Oct. 3 high near $0.078 and a later TD Sequential buy signal around $0.065.
The analyst flagged $0.063 as the key support, saying holding that level could support another attempt toward $0.077. SAND's RSI stands near 72.85, above its moving average of 68.17, keeping the token in overbought territory. Separately, Block Hunter flagged unusual order-book activity, noting that large buy and sell orders appeared around the same time and could be canceled or moved — though the analyst did not say the orders were meant to manipulate traders. CoinGecko also carries a warning about unusual SAND minting activity on Base, with the cause unconfirmed.
NIGHT cools after testing $0.052 resistance
NIGHT trades near $0.04794, down 3.9% over 24 hours yet still up 41.7% over the past week. Ali Charts had identified $0.052 as the token's main short-term resistance, with a four-hour close above that level potentially opening a move toward $0.060. Current prices sit below that breakout point.
The rally coincided with a network update: Midnight confirmed on Sept. 28 that permissionless smart-contract deployment had gone live on mainnet, letting developers deploy contracts without a mandatory security review. NIGHT's RSI sits near 71.25, above the traditional 70 overbought threshold, though the pullback from higher readings suggests momentum has started easing.
ZRO holds its rising channel below $2.28
ZRO trades around $2.13, gaining 24.3% over the past week after reaching as high as $2.29 in the past 24 hours. Ali Charts placed the upper boundary of ZRO's four-hour rising channel near $2.28, warning that a rejection there could send the token back toward the channel's lower boundary near $2 before the uptrend resumes.
LayerZero also faces a scheduled supply event, with roughly 23.63 million ZRO set to unlock on Oct. 20, a level traders can track independently of the chart setup.
