Dogecoin's active addresses rose 35% and daily transactions topped 1.2 million, according to public network data, even as the token's price sits at a pivotal $0.081 support level. Derivatives data shows leveraged positioning clustered just below and above that zone, setting up a potentially volatile next move.

Dogecoin network activity has picked up sharply, with active addresses rising 35% and daily transactions topping 1.2 million, according to public Dogecoin network data. The increase gives traders a more concrete signal than the meme-driven chatter that usually surrounds the token.

More active addresses and higher transaction counts suggest DOGE is seeing more movement on-chain, not just more social-media attention. Active addresses are not a perfect user count, since one person can control multiple addresses and exchanges can move funds through many wallets, but a rise in the metric still shows more wallets interacting with the network during the measured period.

Price Holds at a Key Demand Zone

While network activity climbs, DOGE's price sits near $0.081, a level flagged by analyst Ali Charts as a major demand zone. URPD data shows approximately 30 billion DOGE traded at $0.081, making the zone an important concentration of investor cost basis.

A sustained hold above $0.081 would keep the recovery structure intact, while a decisive loss of the zone would expose DOGE to another round of selling pressure. The broader URPD structure also shows heavier supply concentrated around $0.177, a longer-term reference rather than an immediate target.

Leverage Clusters Point to the Next Move

Binance's DOGE/USD liquidation map shows large clusters around $0.077–$0.079 and $0.085–$0.089, with the current price near $0.0818. A decline toward the lower cluster could trigger long liquidations and accelerate downside volatility, while a sustained move through the upper cluster could force short positions to close.

The proximity of both zones means DOGE may not need a large initial move to trigger a bigger reaction once one side of the leveraged market starts unwinding.

What Traders Are Watching

Whether Dogecoin rallies from current levels depends on liquidity, Bitcoin's direction, meme-coin rotation, and broader risk appetite — the rise in network activity is not a guarantee of a price move. Traders will watch whether on-chain movement continues alongside volume and price, since a sustained rise across all three would suggest a stronger momentum setup than a single strong daily print.
