Boyaa Interactive has added 115 Bitcoin to its balance sheet, lifting its total holdings to approximately 4,316 BTC. The Hong Kong-listed gaming company now ranks 22nd among public company Bitcoin holders tracked by BitcoinTreasuries.net, and it funded the purchase entirely from idle operational cash.
Boyaa Interactive, the Hong Kong-listed online gaming company that pivoted into Bitcoin accumulation in late 2023, added another 115 BTC to its balance sheet. The firm now holds approximately 4,316 Bitcoin. That puts it 22nd on the global ranking of public company Bitcoin holders tracked by BitcoinTreasuries.net.
The purchase is part of a broader buying spree. Between late June and early September 2026, Boyaa acquired roughly 205 Bitcoin on the open market for approximately HK$110 million, which works out to about $14.3 million.
Average cost climbs slightly
The company's average acquisition cost across its entire stash sits at $68,280 per BTC, up slightly from the $68,211 average cost it reported at the start of 2026, when it held around 4,092 BTC. All purchases were funded with idle operational cash, meaning Boyaa isn't taking on debt or issuing shares to finance the buying.
Meanwhile, the transactions qualified as discloseable transactions under Hong Kong Stock Exchange regulations, the HKEX's mechanism for ensuring shareholders are informed of large transactions. The accumulation has been methodical: Boyaa added 108 BTC by mid-July 2026, bringing its total to 4,201 at that point, before the additional purchases pushed the count to 4,316.
From card games to crypto treasury
Boyaa Interactive (0434.HK) started as a developer of online card and board games, primarily serving markets in China and Southeast Asia. That changed in late 2023, when it began accumulating Bitcoin, a strategy that mirrors what MicroStrategy pioneered in 2020 by converting corporate cash into a long-term Bitcoin reserve.
Notably, Boyaa isn't only holding its coins. During the second quarter of 2026, the company staked 1,000 BTC as part of its Boyaa Network blockchain project, putting roughly 23% of its total holdings to work rather than leaving them in cold storage.
