U.S. spot bitcoin ETFs shed about $236 million on Monday, with BlackRock's IBIT and Fidelity's FBTC accounting for nearly all of it. Bitwise's BITB was the only fund to take in money, while bitcoin itself traded just above $77,000 in Asian morning hours Wednesday, down about 2% on the week.

U.S. spot bitcoin ETFs shed about $236 million on Monday, according to SoSoValue data. BlackRock's IBIT accounted for roughly $201 million of the outflow, with Fidelity's FBTC losing another $44 million.

Bitwise's BITB was the only fund on the other side, taking in about $8 million, while the remaining nine funds posted no flows at all.

The rest of the crypto ETF complex stayed positive, however. Ether ETFs added roughly $11 million for a 12th straight day. XRP funds took in $14 million, and solana funds picked up $10 million and hyperliquid funds added nearly $2 million.

Bitcoin traded just above $77,000 as of Asian morning hours Wednesday, down about 2% on the week. Solana and zcash led the 24-hour decliners at roughly 3% each, and XRP, tron and dogecoin fell about 2%. Bitcoin, ether, BNB and hyperliquid all sat within 2% of flat.

One fund moving that much of the total suggests the outflow streak narrative rests on a single desk's portfolio rebalancing.
