U.S. spot XRP ETFs added $3.14 million on Oct. 6, led by a $10.55 million day for Bitwise, before a flash crash dragged XRP from $1.52 to $1.46. Ripple's stablecoin treasury minted another 30 million RLUSD, while XRP treasury firm Evernorth pushed its Nasdaq debut back four days to Oct. 12.
Bitwise's XRP ETF added $10.55 million on Oct. 6, lifting its lifetime inflows to $688 million and standing out as the only fund in the group with a meaningful gain that day. Franklin's XRP ETF (XRPZ) lost $4.07 million over the same session, leaving its lifetime inflows at $501 million. Hours later, XRP dropped from $1.52 to a low of $1.46, a slide of about 4.5%, as bitcoin's price fell under $84,000 in roughly twenty minutes and onchain trackers counted $412 million in crypto liquidations in a single hour.
Twelve straight weeks of inflows, but a shrinking cushion
The Bitwise gain extended a run in which U.S. XRP ETFs have now logged 12 straight weeks of net inflows. The streak hasn't been uniform, though: in September, XRP funds pulled in $121 million for the month even as their assets shrank. XRP's funds also stood out against the rest of the board on Oct. 6, as bitcoin ETFs added $118.8 million while ether ETFs lost $201.89 million and Solana ETFs lost $3.68 million — of the four, only XRP and bitcoin funds finished the day with net inflows.
Cumulative XRP ETF inflows have reached $1.794 billion against $1.697 billion in net asset value, leaving investors about $97 million below their cost. That gap has narrowed by about $36 million in a few sessions from $133 million underwater four days earlier, when a $3.28 million outflow coincided with a $37 million drop in assets. But Wednesday's flash crash likely erased much of that progress, and Bitcoin.com News separately reported XRP could skip a final rally and fall toward $1.27 support.
Ripple's stablecoin treasury keeps minting
Separately, Ripple's stablecoin treasury minted another 30 million RLUSD in a single transaction, pushing the stablecoin's market cap to about $2.53 billion as of Oct. 7. The mint follows a string of large transactions: the treasury minted 40.5 million RLUSD across two transactions on Sept. 21. It minted 19 million more on Sept. 22, the same day it burned 29.85 million RLUSD in two transactions.
Evernorth's Nasdaq debut slips four days
Evernorth, the Ripple-backed XRP treasury firm, has pushed back its Nasdaq listing: the merger with Armada Acquisition Corp. II is now expected to close on or about Oct. 9, with XRPN shares trading from Oct. 12, four days later than the original plan. CEO Asheesh Birla's Oct. 6 Form 8-K called it an administrative delay that leaves the Sept. 30 shareholder vote intact. At closing, Evernorth expects to hold about 473 million XRP, which would make it the largest publicly traded pure-play XRP treasury firm.
The listing, expected around Oct. 12, is the next institutional XRP test beyond the spot ETFs already trading.
