U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs took in $440.8 million over four consecutive trading sessions through Oct. 29, with BlackRock's IBIT supplying most of it. The reporting period ended before Friday's sell-off that followed Binance's $6.3 billion hack, so that day is not in the total.
U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs attracted $440.8 million over four consecutive trading sessions through Oct. 29. BlackRock took most of the inflows before the sell-off that followed Binance's $6.3 billion hack.
The four-session total covers Oct. 26–29, while blockchain investigators placed the main Binance wallet outflows late on Oct. 29 UTC. Friday's trading therefore falls outside the figure.
BlackRock leads Bitcoin ETF inflows with $410.6 million
BlackRock's IBIT received fresh money on each of the four days, and the four-day sum reached $410.6 million. That equals approximately 93.1% of the category's net inflows over the period.
Fidelity's FBTC brought in $35 million, and Bitwise's BITB attracted $10.1 million. On the other side, Grayscale's Bitcoin Mini Trust lost $15.3 million on Thursday, and WisdomTree's BTCW recorded $3.8 million in outflows.
Thursday's session was quieter than the three before it. Net inflows slowed to $17.2 million, approximately 87.5% below Wednesday's $137.3 million.
The streak follows $773.5 million in withdrawals
The latest buying came after two consecutive negative sessions, when investors withdrew $635.6 million on Oct. 22 and another $137.9 million on Oct. 23. The new inflows recovered approximately 57% of that combined $773.5 million.
A longer window shows a different picture. crypto.news put net withdrawals at $254.7 million for the 30 calendar days through Oct. 26.
Binance breach puts Bitcoin's Friday trading in focus
Bitcoin fell below $77,000 during Oct. 30 trading following the breach. Binance market data placed the asset at $76,944 shortly after midnight UTC, before a recovery toward $78,000.
Lacie Zhang, research lead at Bitget Wallet, said holding $76,000–$77,000 and recovering $80,000 through sustained spot demand would signal stabilization. She identified prolonged withdrawal restrictions and reserve concerns as potential sources of pressure on lenders and market makers.
Binance said in its asset-replacement plan that it had reserved more than $6.34 billion in company funds. Some purchases of the remaining tokens could take longer because of limited token liquidity and over-the-counter settlement times.
