Atlassian shares were up more than 29% before the bell after the software company beat FactSet's consensus on revenue and guidance, while the Trade Desk sank 27% on a revenue miss. Twilio, Cloudflare, Airbnb and Akamai also climbed higher on quarterly results, and Wendy's slipped after withdrawing its 2026 outlook.

Atlassian shares were up more than 29% after the software maker beat FactSet's revenue and guidance estimates for its fourth-quarter earnings. The company still projected revenue growth of 13% year over year, just short of FactSet's forecast of 13.4%.

Twilio and Cloudflare rally on stronger guidance

Twilio shares surged more than 17% after the customer-engagement platform guided to adjusted earnings of $1.42 to $1.47 per share on revenue of $1.51 billion to $1.52 billion, ahead of the LSEG consensus of $1.39 per share and $1.46 billion. The company also raised its full-year revenue growth forecast to 18% to 18.5% from 14% to 15%, topping analysts' 14.8% growth estimate.

Cloudflare jumped more than 16.5% after issuing guidance for adjusted earnings of 34 cents per share on revenue of $736 million to $737 million for the third quarter, above the LSEG consensus of 32 cents per share and $722 million. Its second-quarter results also beat estimates on both the top and bottom lines.

Airbnb and Akamai top estimates

Airbnb shares climbed nearly 7% after the company posted second-quarter earnings of $1.37 per share on revenue of $3.61 billion. That topped the $1.25 per share and $3.58 billion forecast from analysts surveyed by LSEG.

Akamai Technologies rose 8.3% in premarket trading after beating estimates on both lines. The company posted adjusted earnings of $1.59 per share against a LSEG consensus of $1.57, on revenue of $1.10 billion versus the $1.09 billion forecast.

Trade Desk tumbles, Wendy's slips

The Trade Desk sank 27% after the digital advertising company's second-quarter earnings and revenue fell short Thursday. Adjusted earnings of 34 cents missed the 40-cent LSEG consensus, and revenue of $715 million missed the expected $751 million.

Wendy's shares dropped 2% after the restaurant chain reported a global sales decline of more than 6%, driven by an 8.2% drop in the U.S., and withdrew its 2026 financial outlook — even as it beat FactSet's consensus on earnings, revenue and adjusted EBITDA. Solar stocks, meanwhile, gained after President Donald Trump imposed tariffs on imported solar-panel-making products, with First Solar up more than 5%, Invesco Solar up nearly 3% and SolarEdge Technologies up 2%.
